Apply with the Carriers
Step 1: MOO+ Americo + AIG
NLC (Next Level Contracting)
Wait time: 3-7 Days
When your IN HCMS. There's a grid in the top right. Click teh grid and select NLC! This is where we will submit your contracts with the starter carriers 📜
Step 2:
Carrier Contracts Tab
Left tabs select the "Carrier Contracts" Tab. Then look top left for a BLUE "+" Plus sign.
Step 3:
Apply for the 3 Starter Carriers
Click Carrier: One by one
(Mutual of Omaha, Americo, and Corebridge (AIG)
States: ALL that apply (u can always add more)
Products: Select ALL available options
Questions; Answer honestly
At the end, the SIGNATURE KEY is sent to you via text notification. And the password is the password you created for HCMS.
Step 4:
Submit and wait!
Log in periodically to check the status of your contracting in NLC. Once the "Submitted" status turns to "approved, your all set!

Once approved you will receive an email from the carrier direct. You will then create your log in and password! Then *POOF* your onboarded with the starter carriers! (MOO, Americo, AIG)
Step 5:
Apply with Aetna
Wait time: 3-7 Days
Log into HCMS, click the " + " Button in the top left, click 'Add Carrier", Choose 'Aetna" from carrier drop down. Add All Products, then submit.

Pro Tip: Please don't submit other carriers you see available, this can delay your onboarding process to those carriers.
Step 6:
Apply with Ethos
Wait time: 2-3 Weeks
For Ethos credentials you will have to wait for a welcome email from Admin. This can take some time because the higher ups have to recognize you in the HCMS system in order to begin the process of sending you the invite.

Once you get the email you will be able to log into ethos with your phone # and register!
Step 7:
Apply for Ameritas (Ethos IUL)
Once you have your Ethos writing number
(Partner code found under settings)

Step 8:
Apply with NLG & F&G
Wait time: 2-3 Weeks
For NLG & F&G credentials you will have to complete an IUL Bootcamp training and receive a certificate of completion.
