3. Check your email for the Log in and password creation link.

4. If you didn't receive an email within 2-3 min from registration:

Click this link to LOG IN: https://app.fidelityinsurance-producerportal.com/

- Then type your email

- Then proceed to "reset password" and follow instructions in email

5. Once your logged in: Configure your Settings.

​

- Business Profile:

- Go to settings (In bottom left of screen)

- Click "Business Profile"

- Your friendly business name will be pre-filled to "Your Name's Account"

- Erase the "Account" verbiage

​

- For "Business Phone" insert your personal Cell #

​

- Below that for "Legal business Name" insert Fidelity Insurance Direct LLC

- For "Business Website" insert www.fidelityinsurancedirect.com

- Click "UPDATE INFORMATION" to save.

​

- To the right of that section you will see "Business Physical Address"

- Insert your personal home address info (NOT THE OFFICE)

- Below that make sure your TIMZONE IS CORRECT (*Important*)

- Click "UPDATE" to save.

​

- My Profile:

- Insert your personal Email and Phone #

- The Email and Phone # you insert will be how you LOG IN to the CRM. (2FA)

- (Optional) If you'd like to insert a profile picture the "+" box in the top left allows you to.
