1. Complete form and Send ADMIN an email requesting an invite to HCMS:

Send to: admin@fidelityfl.com

Subject: HCMS Onboard Request

Body: NAME, DOB, NPN#. and that "I completed the form!"

ALSO PRO TIP: YOUR NPN DOESNT HAVE LETTERS IN IT!!!! THATS UR STATE LICENSE!

2. Wait for ADMIN to process: current wait time 1-3 Business Days

​

3. Once they process your request you will get an email from: HCMS Support

​

4. Click "Start Onboarding" and proceed to Register/Make an account

​​

5. Once you make an account:

Complete the 9 step process to finish account set up.

Be prepared with the following:

Beneficiary Info - SSN, DOB, Other personal Info (for who will take over your residual income if you die)
AML Course Certificate - Move to step 6 to complete this then come back.
5 Years employment history - They don't call, they don't check. Insert last 5 years with no gaps.
Banking Info - Your direct deposit info to get paid.

6. Register your account with SureLC: *WHEN asked about "Doing Business with FFL Gold Standard as Individual" : SELECT: Licensed Only Agent*

If you DONT enter LOA correctly this ENITER process will be 3 week minimum vs 3-10 days

This is additionally where you will complete your AML course and other required registration fields.

Register from an email you got from SureLC.

7. Click Register

When it ask for "Direct Upline" insert: Jonathan Pineda, unless advised otherwise

8. Once your in, Find a tab called "CE & Training"

9. Complete the AML course: Click Anti-Money Laundering Course

​

10. Pass the Test: Its open book! You only need a 70% (You can retake)

11. Download the certificate: and SAVE this document, you will need it.

​​

12. Complete the required fields in SureLC: (All of the Yellow and Red dot tabs)

​

13. Go back to complete your 9-step HCMS onboarding: (Step 5 in this tutorial)

14. Now move on to APPLYING with the carriers 👍
