2. How do I gain access?
- Text 407-383-0805 OR email admin@fidelityfl.com
- What to text? "HEY! got my first deal! Can I get access to the google sheet so I can keep track of all my deals and make sure I get paid from admin on all them them?!"

3. When I have access what does each tab mean? (From left to right)​​
A1 = Your total cumulative deals for the month. This calculates by you inserting a "1" in the A column as you input every deal.
B1 = [Cust Name] = Insert the customer you insured's name
C1 = [Admin Acct] = Who's name was the deal sold in (who's log in and password, 99.9% of the time this will be YOUR name unless you gave a deal to someone else.)
D1 = [Acct Mgr] = If there was someone who live transferred the deal for you, insert their name to make sure they get their 15%. If you went front to back, insert YOUR name.
E1 = [U/W] = Who closed the deal? Who collected the social and banking (This should also 99.9% of the time be you)
F1 = [Lead Split %] = Who's Que did the lead come from? If you dialed out of someone else's Q then type that agents name and the agreed % you are designed to pay them
Ex) Diego 15% (this means the lead came out of Diego's Que and he is designed to get paid 15% when the deal funds)
G1 = [Product] = What product did you sell? (IUL, WL, Term, CBO, etc.)
H1 = [Carrier] = What carrier issued the approval? (Americo, MOO, Ethos, etc.)
I1 = [Mo Pmt] = What was the monthly payment?
J1 = [IP] = The monthly payment x12 (This should auto populate once you insert the Monthly payment, if it doesn't simply select the Monthly payment, press the * key and type 12, then click enter. You can copy this formula down the row by selecting the IP row, grabbing the blue circle and dragging down the row)
K1 = [Coverage] = Insert the amount of coverage the client was approved for.
L1 = [Sold date] = The day you got the approval.
M1 = [Draft Issue Date] = The day the 1st payment is set for (If upon approval type "upon approval"
N1 = [Monthly payment date] = The recurring monthly payment date (some carriers allow this to be different from the 1st monthly payment, if you didn't change this just insert the same as Draft issue date)
Ex) Draft issue date = 8/1/24, unchanged recurring = 1st
O1 = [Cust Number] = Use this to track your clients phone #s to reach them back from customer follow up
P1 = [Approved/UW] = Type the status of the deal (Approved or UW)
Q1 = [Notes] = Type out notes about the conversation you had that would be helpful if and when you have to call the client back.
