Type Last Name and SSN

6. Type your DOB

5. Click the "START" Button

6. WHEN BUYING NEW STATES:

Producer Licensing > Add New Line of Authority > Non-Resident

7. Select Desired States

 

8. Select "Health + Life " Products

WARNING: DO NOT select any variable products (this would require additional licensing)

9. Proceed to Checkout

10. Fill in required info.

Commonly Asked Questions:

When it asks about FINRA - Click NO

When it asks for Address - Put YOUR address

When it asks for Alias and or Affiliation - Leave Blank

When it asks for employment history - Fill in last 5 years with no gaps

 

11. After submitted and Paid

Your all set! Now just wait for a confirmation email that your order went through.

12. Once you get the emails back that your approved within the next 1-2 days:  its best to RECORD your license #'s on a readily available document. (applications and carriers request this information all the time)

13. Insert the NEW states you have into the google sheet: so ADMIN can update your licensing in our back office:
